# Invalid license key error message

If you encounter the error message below in your WordPress admin, follow these steps to resolve it:

HurryTimer PRO: The provided license key does not appear to be valid. Please use another license key.
```

1. Navigate to your WordPress plugins page.
2. Locate HurryTimer PRO and click the link "Check for updates" as shown in [this screenshot](https://cln.sh/BkXyRcvS). After the page reloads, the message should disappear.

If the message persists, try deactivating/activating your license key under HurryTimer → License.
